Positive psychology can fundamentally shift the way people think. Happy people become engaged employees; passionate, creative, innovative and driven. Employee wellness programmes and mindfulness workshops can help make the difference.
Psychotherapy sessions enable clients to explore emotional aspects of their life.
Bottled-up feelings such as anger, anxiety, grief and embarrassment can become very intense and an opportunity to express them and talk in a very safe and secure environment can help dissolve the feelings and reduce pain.
Deborah regularly talks on Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and other related areas.
She has a very down to earth approach and is able to make her subject accessible and understandable to any audience.
